August - 2008 The National Organization of the Excellence in Public Service Series presents Iron Jawed Angels Awards to women who have worked on a national elvel and have demonstrated excellence in their chosen career path. They are also committed to helping increase the number of women serving in leadership roles in the public sector.

Two of IEEW’s strongest supporters were awarded the 2008 Iron Jawed Angels Award for 2008.
