Real Innovations reporting growth!
March 24th, 2009 Posted by Catherine Neill

juliet-at-conf-3-2009Juliet Mbabazi – Peace through Business®2008 graduate and Co-Owner of Real Innovations (http://www.realinnovations.rw/explore.php), an event and branding company  reports great successes in her business:

Negotiations are underway with two sizable companies for contract awards.   Though talks continue, one contract is near completion but details are not yet available.  The awards could represent a valuable 5-year agreement in one deal and the second could open the door to more business.  We will post updates as available.

Real Innovations has started the process of bringing in-house more of the tasks formerly outsourced to strategic alliances.  This allows more quality control and better response time.  This will translate into more employment opportunities for the community as Real Innovations management team plans to add at least two positions.

On a personal note, Juliet joined the Chamber of Women Entrepreneurs under the Private Sector Federation and was elected Rwanda coordinator for EAWEeex together with another colleague Janet Nkubana.  EAWEeex stands for Eastern African Women Entrepreneurs Exchange and Networking. It is a round-table arrangement to rotate amongst all member countries. The coordinators’ role is to mobilize and organize in-country.  What a remarkable chance to NETWORK!

And, of course Juliet is excited about the opportunity to “pay forward” by teaching a class for Peace through Business®2009.  IEEW knew we could count on Juliet’s willingness to participate.
