Mastora earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Peshgam University in Afghanistan. Her passion is marketing and was discovered when her volleyball stardom was spotlighted as a member of the Afghanistan National volleyball team for 5 years. She currently serves on the Olympic committee for badminton, and is very involved in local media marketing. “Being a woman in media is a big obstacle because most people are not open-minded and don’t accept women in these positions”, explains Mastora. She vows this will not slow her down and will continue to use media and marketing to achieve her dreams of entrepreneurship.
