Asma Ataie owns and operates BDS (Business Development Services) and Small Business Development company, teaching women business courses and improving their business skills is Asma’s goal. Courses taught by her company include “How To Start a Business”, “Business Plans”, “Management Skills”, “Business Management”, “Finance”, “Logistics”, and “Market Studies.”

Asma’s company started in 2006 with three partners: Society Empowerment Organization, ARD/LGCD and NSDP. They have 12 employees.
